growthleakage.com is a diagnostic tool. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data we collect

We do not require account creation or logins. When you use the diagnostic tool:

The numbers you enter are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data (page views, session duration, button click events). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session behaviour (mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth) to help us improve the product. Clarity does not capture form field content.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set first-party cookies to distinguish unique sessions and users. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Contact form / booking

If you submit a request via our booking link, the data you provide is handled by Cal.com, subject to their privacy policy. We receive your name and email address to respond to your enquiry, and nothing else.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, in line with their default settings. We do not store any diagnostic inputs you enter into the tool.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@growthleakage.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
